Q.3 Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes, we do. Our movers are trained to disassemble large or complex items like bed frames, sectionals and dining tables, then reassemble them safely at your new location or desired spot.

Q.4 How do you protect my furniture during the move?

We use high-quality moving blankets, straps, shrink wrap and padding to protect your furniture from scratches, dents and other damage. Each item is handled with care from start to finish.

Q.5 Can you move heavy or oversized furniture pieces?

Yes! Our team is equipped with specialized tools and lifting techniques to handle heavy, bulky or oddly shaped items such as pianos, safes and large sectionals. Safety is always our priority.

Currently, our full-service moves (which include trucks) are available within Rhode Island, but we also assist with labor-only and local moves in surrounding New England areas like Massachusetts and Connecticut

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! I expected to receive my items the way I gave it to them. My daughter did an out of state move her items were picked up in one truck. We were then told her items would be delayed by one day.. it turn into a day late and arriving after midnight.
I would say that’s the worse of it but no it wasn’t. Her items arrived in a different truck, tossed around nothing wrapped. The cream colored couches are filthy and stained. We are a military family and have used movers before but this is the worst ever.

I used First Class Movers both to pack and load my old house and to unload again at the new house. They were able to move out the entire 1,600 sq feet in only a couple hours! Best experience ever. From the initial communication to coordinate the move, to status updates prior to arrival, and professional movers, First Class was amazing. We really appreciate their dedication, their attention to detail and listening to our needs during the move and were super polite and friendly to our three kids running around during the move. The packed the truck with care and efficiency and the unload was great too! They were also able to have a 2 minute pick up basketball game while we moved cars around so in addition to professional, they were a lot of fun.
