Excellent experience! Great communication ahead of time and the moving crew worked extremely hard hauling up to a 5th floor walkup! They were very careful, professional, and quick!

I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! I expected to receive my items the way I gave it to them. My daughter did an out of state move her items were picked up in one truck. We were then told her items would be delayed by one day.. it turn into a day late and arriving after midnight.
I would say that’s the worse of it but no it wasn’t. Her items arrived in a different truck, tossed around nothing wrapped. The cream colored couches are filthy and stained. We are a military family and have used movers before but this is the worst ever.

These guys are the absolute best!!! Kind, courteous, and very professional. Great communication and very patient! I used First Class Movers both to pack and load my old house and to unload again at the new house. They were able to move out the entire 1,600 sq feet in only a couple hours! Best experience ever. These guys are awesome!

The crew from First Class Moving was top notch. From the initial communication to coordinate the move, to status updates prior to arrival, and professional movers, First Class was amazing. We really appreciate their dedication, their attention to detail and listening to our needs during the move and were super polite and friendly to our three kids running around during the move. The packed the truck with care and efficiency and the unload was great too! They were also able to have a 2 minute pick up basketball game while we moved cars around so in addition to professional, they were a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend First Class and thank them for a great moving experience!
